Equity Line

A committed equity purchase facility under which the issuer may direct an investor to buy shares over time, usually at a formula price tied to market trading.

Calculation framework

Estimated shares for a draw = draw dollars ÷ (reference market price × (1 − discount))Usable amount = minimum of commitment remaining, registered shares, authorized shares, exchange caps, and contract caps

What traders should verify

Read draw conditions, pricing windows, discounts, floors, beneficial-ownership blockers, fees, resale effectiveness, exchange approval requirements, and actual purchase notices.

The committed headline amount is not the amount already drawn, issued, or immediately available.
