Fund of Funds
A pooled vehicle that invests mainly in other funds rather than directly in operating-company securities, often to broaden manager or asset exposure.
What traders should verify
For Fund of Funds, inspect the legal structure, adviser and Form ADV, investor eligibility, strategy, holdings, fees, leverage, liquidity, conflicts, and reporting date.
